Game has vanished from my profile and creator page

However, the game is no longer present on my creator page. It's not on my profile either, and the link is dead.

I never deleted the game and it was definitely downloadable in 2024. It's still archived on the Wayback Machine.

Game jam submission link is also dead. Discord still has a cached preview for it. https://itch.io/jam/2023-epic-megajam/rate/2262500

Also when I press "Choose Image" in this text editor, the banner for the game still appears. So there's plenty of evidence it was here.

What happened? Why is the game completely gone? Is it fully deleted or can it be restored?
There are no recent e-mails from Itch regarding this game.
