I've now had two instances where two different users have tried to comment or make a post on my tool's page, but instead of being automatically allowed to do so, their posts/comments are put as 'Pending Posts' and awaiting for my manual approval.
I understand that maybe there is some sort of botting/spam filter going on here. But why am I as the developer of the tool and admin of the tool's forum not notified about this? The 'Pending Posts' button isn't exactly standing out to me either.
On both of these occasions, I've had potential buyers/actual buyers not be able to receive the support they've needed, just because I'm left in the dark about having to manually approve their feedback.
Is there any setting that I could change to fix this? If not - please do add this as an automatic notification per default. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
