I have 3 games and they no longer show up in any searches. This includes searching by the games' names or any of the tags in them. I know that they used to show up but, for some reason, they are no longer visible.
I have read all the documents about getting indexed, but can see no reason why my games are no longer indexed.
I have contacted support via email on 2 occasions asking about this, but have not had any response to either of the emails.
The first game was published nearly 18 months ago, the second almost a year ago and the third 2 months ago.
As I say, the games used to be indexed but something has happened to them and I don't understand what.
Has anybody else had a similar experience?
