Crediting Question

Hello! I am making a game (will be paid for) and I am using some commercially free asset from Flaticon.com, which are again, commercially free, so long as you attribute the creator. My question is if I need to/should specify in the credits what exactly the person made that i used in the game:

For example:

- settings Icon made by *** on ***.com

- Backpack made by *** on ***.com

etc...

If this is necessary for proper attribution so people can find the original creators' work then Ill do it but if I can avoid it I feel like it would prevent the credits from seeming overly and unnecessarily specific

id also attach the license text which comes with most free assets to your game (within the zip ;))

I'll put that on the itch.io page

When using free assets, I think it’s important to balance proper attribution with clean credits. Listing the source site and creator name should be enough in most cases—no need to detail every individual icon unless the license explicitly requires it. Adding the license file in your package or on the game’s page is also a good practice for transparency.

yea this is pretty much what i needed to hear, THX!
