I released a new game asset two weeks ago, but it hasn’t been indexed yet. My previous three releases were indexed and even had sales, so this not a new dev account and seems unusual.

I followed the guidelines and also brought traffic from outside, but the asset still doesn’t show up.

I emailed support and no answer.

Could you please help me get it indexed?

If it takes much longer, you can post your ticket ID here like the rules say and like you see other people doing. But as explained in this unofficial FAQ, it can happen.
