This occurs because “44037” triggers whenever any ’Pool aspect card is present in the player’s deck at the start of the game. The engine does not differentiate whether the ’Pool card was added through normal deck building or by the effect of “18001”.
To prevent the engine from adding “44037” to the game, you can uncheck the option “crisis_of_infinite_deadpools” in the New Game page under the “Rule” section.
