I'm having a problem uploading an MP4 file to a comment. I made a cute video for the game Desktop Goose, and would like to upload it in the comments. I don't have a Youtube or Twitch or Vimeo account. What I saw here is an option to upload MP4 files directly without going through any of those parties. Second to last one, mp4.

But then when I go to upload the video it's greyed out and even selecting "all files" in the options menu won't upload it. If MP4s can be uploaded directly, please explain how or where they can be uploaded? If not, maybe remove it from the menu so as not to get people's hopes up. Thanks!
