Removing games from my library that I
purchased and making them undownloadable-then ignoring all of my support requests-is unacceptable. I've already submitted three support tickets and haven't received a single response. This clearly shows how little you care about your customers and your public image.
For comparison, when Steam removes a game from their store, I can still download it. And if that's not possible, they issue a refund. Here, you offer neither support nor accountability. Instead, you just ignore users, making me feel like I've been scammed.
