How to replace an external file with a native build using Butler?

Hey, I need some help with managing builds on my project.

I originally uploaded the paid version of my game as an external file on Itch due to its large size. I recently started using Butler to push builds (which worked fine for the free version, now downloadable through the Itch app), but I can’t figure out how to convert or overwrite the existing external file build into a native Itch build using Butler.

My idea was to just push a new version using Butler and have it overwrite the external one, but I can’t get it to work. I also couldn’t find anything about this in the documentation.

If I create a new build with Butler, will people who already bought the game still have access to it? Or will only new buyers be able to download it?

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
