I want to regain access to my Gregorio account, and I've already requested an email link several times, but it hasn't arrived. What could be causing this?

I was able to get my account back! 

To do this, I tried requesting a link from the computer where the account was originally created. 

I'm not sure if there's a connection, but I might have tried requesting a link from any other computer, but it worked! In general, I recommend trying to request a link from different devices.

it doesn't send automatically; I had this thought too, but it does not send it immediately for some reason. It can take a while, maybe too long, but it works.
