HTML embed stuck on "loading game for the first time"

Howdy! I've made a handful of games now and hosted them online using itch.io and I have just recently run into a problem when I try to embed my game on an external site. Previous posts about this topic seem to have been resolved without updates so I'm hoping that someone who's run into this issue could lend a hand.

When using the built in embed code  on another website it shows a screen saying "loading game for the first time" but even after running for an hour does not resolve. On the itch game page, and within the embed preview on itch, the game runs perfectly fine however. Do I need to reupload my html zip and hope that it might work? I'm hesitant to upload anything new for fear it might stop loading on itch as well.

Please let me know if I'm missing anything obvious or if this might just be a problem entirely out of my hands.
Thanks so much!

(EDIT: for further clarity, the game I'm having trouble with is: https://conquestworks.itch.io/cn-personality-quiz )

Replying in case anyone else runs into this issue later. Reuploading the zip fixed the issue.
It's always the simplest solution isn't it?
(Also make sure when you're uploading new versions of a game that you generate a new embed link. If you reupload but use the old embed you'll get stuck with the same loading issue)
