Whenever i try to run a java game, it doesnt open showing no error message.Im using windows 7 x64 and and fully updated JRE  .I tried opening both jar and exe files and also used cmd prompt to open but nothing is working. I try googling solutions and all i see is use emulators.

Pls help

It depends for what version is your game compiled, the latest downloadable JRE is JRE 1.8. Every version after that requires the programmer to build his own runtime via jlink
