I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing an issue with my games not appearing in the search results on Itch.io.
I currently have three games that I uploaded more than 6–7 months ago, but they still do not show up in search — they are only accessible via direct links. Recently, I published a new game two days ago, and unfortunately, the same issue is occurring again. This latest game (Drop 9 by BingoBoiz) is the one I spent the most time and effort on, so I would really appreciate if it could be prioritized for visibility in the search system.
All my games are publicly published and not marked as restricted or unlisted. I’ve also double-checked that the tags, title, and metadata are all in place.
Could you please help me understand why this might be happening, or if there's anything I need to do to make them appear in search results? Any assistance or clarification would mean a lot to me.
