We've tried to contact the support twice for last weeks via email and via Twitter, but never heard back. Is everything ok there?

Sorry about the delay. We got in touch with you. We answer dozens of tickets a day, and depending on the type of the question the email may get lost in the shuffle.

Hi Guys...

Purchased the game pre alpha to support development.  I was banned from discord and steam 6 months ago for unknown reasons.  I promise to be good, could you please remove the ban from both accounts so I can follow development of the game.  steam user name is n2trout and discord is bcjiowa.  thanks !!!!!
