I am writing regarding my recent purchase of "Vintage Story." The payment processed without any issues, and the funds reached you successfully. I received a confirmation email with a link to assign the key and download the game.
However, when I click on the link, I'm presented with buttons to download the game and a "Get Steam Key" button. Upon clicking the "Get Steam Key" button, I receive the message: "There are no keys available at this time, try again later." Below this button, it says "Your purchase comes with a download key!" and there's a link to create a game account.
When I follow the link to create a game account, even without entering any data, a red error message appears: "Game Key Account not valid (anymore): This game key code has already been used. You can register only 1 account for each game key code. In case you just purchased a key - sometimes it happens that the form is submitted twice and this error occurs. If that is the case, you should be able to log in with the data you just entered."
I contacted your support team a week ago (request 281131) but have only received an automated response: "Your request (281131) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." I haven't received any further updates since then. I hope someone here can expedite my case, as I'm starting to wonder if this is a legitimate company."
