Incorrect email used during game purchase

Hi,

I've reached out to support last week about this issue of there being a typo in email I used to purchase a game on here. However I haven't gotten a response, so I was curious if the community has any other suggestions on fixing this. Are their other avenues I can go do to resolve this or am I left waiting for them to respond?
