I’m reaching out for some help or guidance regarding an issue I’m currently facing with my game "Five Night at Kinksdom" (published under the name FNAK creator).

Since releasing a major update a few days ago, I’ve noticed that my game is no longer appearing in the search bar on itch.io, and it doesn’t seem to be indexed by Google either. Everything was working fine before the update, and I didn’t receive any warnings or notices from itch.io.

The only change I made recently was updating the game links and posting a new devlog, so I’m wondering if that could have affected my game’s visibility somehow.

Additionally, my username no longer appears in search results, and this is starting to impact the visibility and momentum of the update.

I’ve already submitted a support ticket (Ticket ID: 281563) but haven’t received a response yet. I understand the support team might be busy or short-staffed at the moment, but I’d like to know if the community has any experiences with similar situations and if i can reach someone to help me :

• Is it normal for search indexing to take this long after an update?

• Could changing the links or posting a devlog trigger a temporary removal from search?

• Is there anything I should review or fix in my game page settings to help resolve this?

Also, if anyone has insight into the current status of the support/admin team (I’ve heard there might be delays lately), that would be helpful to know as well.

I’m not trying to complain—just hoping to understand what might be going on, and what I could do on my side to help fix it or prevent it in the future.
