Itch.io not sending emails to email addresses ending with .co.nz

I've been trying to get my account verified for a bit now, but It doesn't seem to work - just because I put .co.nz at the end of my email instead of .com. Could someone help, and if not, could this perhaps be classed as a bug and fixed?

I receive emails at a .co.za address - so I don't think it's your .nz address that's the issue.  I've had problems with authorisation emails not coming through from a variety of places but it's because the spam filters in hosted emails are removing those emails as spam, not because the sites aren't sending them.

You can try whitelisting *@itch.io on your server  (anything from the address @itch.io)

or

You create a free email from yahoo or gmail and use that  to create your account and just set those emails to forward to your normal address and then ask itch.io to change your email address afterwards.

Couldn't find anything for whitelisting.

As for my email, it's supposed to be a .com address email, I've found out since - I've become accustomed to putting in .co.nz (when I type in .com and/or .co.nz for accessing my email account, it sends me to the same email) so that might be a problem.

In basic terms, itch.io is trying to send emails to an email that yahoo itself redirects to its actual address (which ends with .com), but for whatever reason it isn't appearing there.
