Any way to trigger the Dengi Invasion on an ongoing save?

Thanks

P.S. I did turn it on with 25 days and nothing happened.

Finally started. And is in full swing.

Sorry guys, it's boring... Needs a  lot more events and work and not just pew pew combat and the occasional money drop to recruit soldiers. Also, the buildup should be a "quest" in itself, with some extra intel on numbers, meetings with the leaders and whatnot.

Also, why wouldn't all the "houses" help out? The churches, Kymanto and so forth are just crossing their arms while the "savages" roll into town and ravage everything. And apparently the savages with swords and beasts (no matter how good they are) fight better than the best armed soldiers in the game. Feels unbalanced. Would make sense if there were like 10x more savages than skyguard, but with equal numbers and they still kill more? Nah..

Dengi attacked. The event took 2 days. The first day almost reached him. The second day killed Dengi. The event is over.

You need to better work out quests.

I would like a storyline. Possible solutions to the problem. Instead: either kill the boss or beat 5,000 soldiers. There is not enough interaction with factions.

Dengi can be killed in the region of 300 days. Aria can also be set to edit if you do not pump her intelligence (it takes about a year to 90).

Game 4 characters. Maximum difficulty. 120 points at the start. According to the conditions of passage, it is forbidden to have more than 4 people in the house and only female. Taking a new character = firing someone.

It's day 97. Duraplite armor.

The early days are difficult. There is no difficulty at 100th.

I would like to mark the characters that the quest gives. For example, an asterisk in a portrait.

I don't think I will be able to take out the Dengi. I went as far as (I think) the last beast hoard that I haven't been able to take down yet. I think the Dengi King is next. The thing is, on the one side, I can always have better soldiers, I think. Mine are pretty good, all 5 with HULK armour and very good Ranged, Melee, Dex and Strength. 2 miniguns, 1 cyber, 1 plasma and Clea with her Nemesis. I know a lot of people say Clea isn't that great, but with her very high DEX, she has been gold whenever people attack her (and miss).

Having the Dengi invasion play out, every time I give the republic new soldiers, the Dengi just seem to get better, so IDK what gives. Anyway, the incoming 0.8.4.4 has some improvements to the Dengi Invasion, so let's hope for the best.

Another thing I don't get is how come the enemies have swords that deal about 30 to 38 damage and they "bypass" the 50 soak of a HULK armour.

And I am playing on easy... lol

I guess the game needs a lot of fine tuning. But it's looking really good so far. It's going to be great when finished.

Killed Dengi with the following composition:

Milou Skye

Felix

Connor Sunderland

Cassius Bauer

2 miniguns, 1 cyber, 2 plasma 2 NPS HULK armour + 2 Wega. Only the main character survived.

I play 0.8.4.2. This version has a translation. I know English very poorly.

NPS melee weapons inflict additional damage. But not everyone. And the less health they have, the more they beat. This is according to its own observations.

This says help.

Power Strike

You sacrifice accuracy in favor of increased damage, with either a ranged or a melee weapon. You take a reduced (-15%*) chance to hit, but get an extra damage dice (5-18*). Additionally, Slow melee weapons such as Sledgehammer and Great Sword do an extra +10 damage with a Power Strike, and +15 for a Great Axe.

I.e. up to 28 damage can be added to sword damage. And the damage is like plasma.

I will try to beat them with my current team, but doesn't look too good. If it fails, I guess I will leave the game for a while and wait for further developments. Maybe it will be more balanced. According to some posts I've read, there are changes coming to the Dengi Invasion.
