Hi,

I have an account with my email contact@gone-pixel.com

I bought a lot of assets, I need to recover.

But when I try to connect, an email is send to my address but I never get it. I try with my other account to add this email, and same thing, no email received at this email.

Please unblock this email, I contact the suppor 1 year ago and at this time nothing is done.

The email is an alias to my Outlook email, I already check, you are not in spam and you are not blocked.

Please help me :(

Best regards

So you're not receiving any e-mails from itch.io? Not even the automated replies from support?

Yes nothing :(

I've let our admins know just in case.

I'll chime in here.  After being away for a while, I tried to log in but the system said my email or password was incorrect.  After trying a few times, I clicked on "Forgot Password" and it said it would send me an email with a link to reset the password.  But that email never came after numberous tries.

I submitted a ticket and got the response that the ticked was received to the same email address.

I tried the link where you get sent the purchases you've made to that email address and received that.  But, for some reason, I'm not getting the email for resetting my password.  It has to be an automated process, so why am I getting the email saying they received my ticket and the email listing my purchases but I'm not getting the email to reset my password?  I hope it hasn't been hacked.

I created a new account to post this.  Please help?

If you did receive the e-mail with the ticket number, please post it here like the rules say. Thanks.
