I am not sure how to do this but if the player cleaned up the base, then you can fill the base with new trash.

I am not a developer and do not understand anything about this, but in my opinion days 29-35 are a bit boring, I think this is the perfect place to add this.

There does exist a trash event. If you are at low Ariral rep, they have a chance to fill your base with trash when you aren't looking. Pretty sure it's normally random chance, but is guaranteed to happen during the Brownie Trail event at Mean reputation.
