SPOILERS FOR ANYONE WHO HASN'T PLAYED YET
I've played this game up to the upstairs receptionist desk, but it doesn't seem like there's a way to progress. Interacting with any of the three labs leads to a bad ending, as does disabling coolant and opening vents. Changing the power source to main or backup doesn't seem to change anything, and the game won't let you leave. Does anyone know what to do?

Congratulations on making it this far!
Try using “adjust flow settings” instead of disabling the coolant. Then read the README.TXT that becomes available.
There is a README.TXT from the consultant hired to build the cooling system, Mia. It tells you how to sabotage the cooling and why you can’t disable it. There’s more information about why in an e-mail thread titled Re: Re: Incomplete Project.
When ending the game by dropping the coolant, you should get an post credits message, and unlock an achievement that you’ve completed the game, along with a message “Game Completed: True Ending.” You will also unlock information you can use to skip the puzzles if you wanted to try other paths in the game.
I think you may have taken every other path already though. 😁
An errant whitespace has broken it, and it skips the hint it supposed to give.
Error: Bad flow value or attempt to set flow value without first enabling access at the Control Panel on Coolant Tanks. Perhaps this can be exploited with a value outside of what’s expected?
