Locked out of account – 2FA + recovery codes not working, no support response

Hi, I'm posting here because I'm locked out of my account due to two-factor authentication issues and haven't received any response from support.

- I lost access to my 2FA app.

- My recovery codes are not working.

- I submitted a support ticket (#272439) on April 20th, and it's now been several weeks with no reply.

- I’ve even replied to the ticket to follow up, but still nothing.

Please, I just want to recover my account. I can provide proof of ownership if needed. Any help or visibility would be really appreciated!

Hi again, just following up — it’s been over a month since I submitted the support ticket (#272439) and still no response.

I really appreciate the moderator passing it to the admins, but unfortunately nothing has happened yet. I’m completely locked out of my account and ready to prove ownership in any way.

Is there anything else I can do, or could someone please check in on the ticket again?
