Hello! I recently purchased Night in the Woods but it won't download. I have a mac and click on the link for it but multiple times it has stopped downloading and said server error. It's been a few hours now and this has happened at least 3 times. I tried restarting my computer but that didn't do much. Is this game supposed to take 3 hours to download even when it's not stopping ?I really need help. Thank you
It's definitely not supposed to take three hours. It's hard for us to debug download issues a lot of the time because they are generally due to your own network connection or computer. We recommend people to try using our app if they haven't already, it supports resuming downloads if there are issues during the transfer:
If you want me to try to debug the server error you're getting I'll need more information. If you can share a screenshot that would be helpful. If you do upload a screenshot please make sure there isn't any private information in it.
