I’ve noticed that my latest game isn’t appearing in search results or in the "Most Recent" section, even though it’s public and properly tagged. I reached out to support a week ago and followed up twice, but haven’t received any reply. I have carefully read and gone through all the points from here https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed
This is really important to me – I put a lot of effort into this project and was hoping it could be seen by players outside of just my friends. I even deleted my previous game, thinking it might have caused some issue, since it also didn’t appear properly after multiple edits.
I’m not trying to cause trouble – I just really want to understand why this is happening. Even a short explanation would help, or confirmation that my previous game has been fully removed from the platform. Has anyone else experienced something like this?
