Hello,

I uploaded new downloadable file with name same as a file that was already uploaded earlier. This caused the older file to be replaced with new file. I then left the game page without saving to cancel that change, but the change was published anyway. 

I consider this behaviour a bug. The file should be overwritten only after saving changes.
