Hi, 

I'm sorry I do not have the save file, but playing against the Wrecking Crew I had a player side scheme in play. Then, a treachery (I thint it was Crowbar Toss https://marvelcdb.com/card/07012). The active enemy marker had to me be moved to the villain whose side scheme had the lowest threat. I was given the option of selecting the player side scheme.
