Magnetic counters (Magneto Villain)

Hi, 

While playing against Magneto ([0.5.9.4]-phoenix-magneto-(120)-(176611222).json) I've noticed that when the response of the main schemes are triggered after adding magnetic counters, the effect of removing 3 counters is only done after resolving the magnetic card discarded from the encounter deck. However, it has been ruled that first the counters are removed and then the card is resolved: 

I was looking at the Magneto scenario in Mutant Genesis, and I noticed that about 1/4 of the magnetic cards add a magnet counter when revealed. When these cards are revealed as part of the response on the main scheme, does adding the magnet counter re-trigger the response before the counters have been removed (resulting in another Magnetic card)? If it doesn’t trigger the Forced Response, why not?

No; you should remove the 3 magnet counters first before resolving the Magnetic card you revealed.

This avoid a "cascade" effect that can be quite nasty (I know first hand, because I've just experienced it XD). 

This applies to the three main schemes.

Thank you for your patience regarding our response.

We appreciate you reporting the issues with the cards “32141b” (Asteroid M) and “32142b” (Factory Online) and for providing the relevant FAQ. We also had questions about whether the current resolution flow was correct.

We will update the script for these cards to ensure that the 3 ‘magnet’ counters are removed before resolving their effects.

Additionally, we noticed another bug in your save file. In step 46, when “32146” was defeated, the “when defeated” ability on that card should not trigger.

We have addressed these issues in our development branch.

I have a question (I do not remember step 46 in the game), why the "when defeated" ability of "32146" should not trigger in this case?
