I am having trouble recovering my password on Itch.io. Specifically, I have not received a link to reset my access to my Gmail account after submitting a request. Additionally, technical support has not responded to my inquiry for the past two days.
I saw that it is possible to create a support ticket to address this issue, so I have created a new one. Please take a look at ticket 271610.

I would like to inform you that I have successfully restored my account after submitting a recovery request through the Edge browser. Prior to this, I had attempted to submit the request through the Yandex browser as well, but the link was never delivered. I did not receive any error messages.

I wanted to inform that i didn´t recieve the verification email for my account, im trying to start a project for the first time and i´ve been setting up the payment configuration, in order to continue i was told to verify my acc so i clicked on Account settings -> Email adress -> Send verification email, but i didn´t recieve any mail so far, does it takes hours or days to arrive?
