Feel like playing a spooky game where a prankster ghost makes fun of your fear? Feel free to hop on over and give Tall Poppy a try!

This game was our apprenticeship game and I think we did a decent job with it. Let us know what you think too! Also, if you are a let's player or streamer feel free to stream and record yourselves getting spooked!

What We Learned

We learned a lot from making this game and what it takes to finish a project. Of course we learned how a simple "3 month project" turned into a much longer time-frame. We also learned how grueling making a game could be with burnout and juggling our social, physical and mental states. I went from being a novice 3D modeler and animator to being much more efficient and speedie-er. Same with programming, I went from basic stuff to a little more advanced things. This game is still basic for programming, but it was a solid learning curve for myself. Most important, I learned  a lot but most important I learned how good it feels to finally finish a project.

Like many of you, we keep starting new projects, getting to a point of frustration or burnout and giving up to start a new one. I learned how important it is to see it through. It also taught me how to grind through the hard parts of game development (even though this game is simple there was lots to learn from it).

Anyways, thanks for reading this post and taking a look at our game. We hope you like it!

Dear AttainableEnt

Did you know you stole a track that I composed for Sinister Turmoil OST without permission to add it in your game? i would certainly remove the track if i were you and search for royalty free music on youtube instead of stealing my work.

Thanks for your attention!

We credit every piece of music we have in the game to it's appropriate creator. To my knowledge we didn't steal any track.  Please send a link of the track in question, it's name and where it was used in our game.
