Game Still Not Indexed After External Traffic, Sales, and One Week of Waiting

I’ve thoroughly read the Getting Indexed documentation & Unoffical FAQ, the Search & Browse FAQ, and the forum rules for this category.

My game page has been public for over a week now, and I’ve driven external traffic to it via YouTubers, Instagram, and Twitter. I’ve already gotten some sales as well, and yet the game still does not appear in search results or on the most recent games page. Even my devlogs aren’t showing up in the most recent section.

This isn’t my first time publishing on itch  I’ve previously uploaded an asset pack, so I understand that new pages can take time. But this is a full game, and I’ve made sure to follow quality guidelines, added screenshots, tags, proper descriptions, and promoted it externally as suggested. The problem is: players are actively searching for the title after seeing it covered, but they can’t find it anywhere on itch.io.

I’d really appreciate it if someone from the team could take a look and let me know if something’s wrong with the page or if it’s still in some form of review/quarantine.

I have tried reaching out through emails and got no reply. Request (270170) & (271534). I am willing to wait for the indexing but a reply from team is important for being patient too.

Thanks for your time,
Zeal

I'll let our admins know, but if you've read both FAQs then you should know that one week isn't unusual. Please wait.
