This board is not for issues with individual games or projects. itch.io hosts hundreds of thousands of games, if you need to contact a developer directly consult their game's page.

I'm not saying this to annoy you. I'm saying this because, with hundreds of thousands of projects, you won't find many people here who know what you're talking about. I don't even know what "cider" is.

If you bought it on Itch, go to the page where you bought it. At the bottom, you have the option to write messages. It's much easier to get help there, since the people reading it at least know what you're talking about.
