I got this quest from the aldynn quest board from Sara demanding about some kunoichi in all greys but I still couldn't find her anywhere. i think i searched pretty much of begus but still couldn't spot her, so I need your help

Also in addition to this, can you tell me the ways to increase chiyo's knowledge? I need it to proceed with the King Of Amagal quest.

The kunoichi is in the big building of Meddling Castle, in a storage area on the right side. She is looking at a bookshelf.

Chiyo's magic knowledge is increased with special looking books, which you can find scattered around the world.

Depending on how much knowledge they give, they can be green or purple.
