I have released our game called Elena's Story here: https://submissive-fate.itch.io/elenas-story which was made public approximately three days ago. After waiting one day, it started to show up on tag search results.
However, one day ago, I deleted and added some tags for the game along with some gifs, and now it's nowhere to be seen on search results.
If anyone could shed some light on what I should do to make it re-indexed, that would be highly appreciated.

PS: Also if anyone could explain to me what kinds of updates on my game page have to go through re-review, (like, does updating just images or wording have to be reviewed?) that would also be great. Thanks!
