After reading through the resources and articles of getting indexed, waited 2 weeks, sent 2 emails to the support (only after waited 1 week), my game is still not getting indexed despite having regular and healthy traffic from elsewhere. Is it normal? I thought having views should speed up the process, but this is just too slow. Is there a thresh hold of views for this? Thank you.

It takes one view, but this view has to come from staff. If you are not indexed you are either on a waiting list for staff to look at the game or the game is quarantined (same answer) or in very rare cases, the game was looked at, but deemed not fit for the index.

Waiting time can be over a month, so just ignore it and promote your game as you would do if you would not even know that it is not indexed.

There are people that had to wait longer than your account is old.
