As I have now been using itch.io for a few years I have been facinated in finding solutions to improve the look of pages as well as profiles.
By that I have started an open source book hosted on my github repository that anyone could contribute to and by that learn how to use CSS / HTML availabilities how to change elements to make the look of the project better additionally the aim is to help the content put all of other users information if they are happy with it there as well as a guide to picture formats sizes and ideas.
Here as an example https://verzatiledevorg.github.io/Itchio_HandBook/docs/GettingStarted/CSS/UseCasesCss/
I talk about the potential use cases that css editing functionality can change as well as what is per say legal by itchio standards to not interfire with their core css and web that makes it unusable by other users.
Additionally I have included a section on which you can take advantage of other users css and their setup in case you lile their content page and formating as seen here https://verzatiledevorg.github.io/Itchio_HandBook/docs/GettingStarted/CSS/BorrowCss/
If there is more idea do let me know!
And i would like to have more likeminded developers involved to help me make this resource happen.
looking forward to feedback.
