From March 2, I sent an email to the support team (request 260922) to index my game. And I sent one more email week later(request 262505).Today is March 28th. Still not a single answer. Do they even exist? It's not funny anymore.
On April 1, I sent another request (267256). But no one answers and nothing is done. The game has not been indexed and has not appeared in new versions. It has been 33 days since the game was released on the itch platform without indexing. Will I even get a response from the support service...?
