About a week ago, I updated my game with a new version, and also added an Android port.
Right after that update, my game was deindexed and no longer appears in search results.
In previous updates, my game remained indexed even after uploading new versions.
But this time, it was deindexed, and I sent an email to the itch.io support team-
however, I haven't received any reply in over a week.
While one week may not seem like a long wait, I’m very anxious because of a past experience.
About five months ago, I uploaded the game and it wasn’t indexed for over a month.
I emailed itch.io support back then but never got a reply, so I posted here asking for help.
A moderator responded and told me to wait a little longer, so I did.
Later, I asked again because nothing had changed.
The moderator kindly said they would try to speed things up for me.
But unfortunately, the game was still not indexed, and itch support never responded.
So for me, even a one-week silence now brings back those worries and uncertainty.
That’s why I’m posting here again-I really need help.

Also, I’m wondering-could there be an issue with my account that is preventing my game from being submitted to the review queue or appearing in search results?
Previously, the moderator told me they had contacted the itch team to speed things up,
but even after over two months, there was no change, no reply, and no indexing.
I created a new page at that time, and by chance, it was indexed without being placed into the review queue. Since then, I’ve just been updating that same page, hoping it would stay visible.
Because of all this, I even started thinking that maybe there’s a problem with my account,
and whether I should start over with a new one.
If there isn’t a problem with my account, then the only possible reason my game is not being indexed must be that the itch.io team determined it was not suitable for indexing.
And if that’s the case, I would at least like to receive a clear answer.
Waiting in silence, without knowing what’s wrong, is extremely frustrating and discouraging.
If my game continues to be unindexed and no reply from the team,
will I just never know why?
