With two other people, we organized a game jam over the weekend and used the ranking system. Unfortunately, 11 hours after the end of the jam, we still don't have the voting results.

How can we obtain them, and what should we be mindful of for our future jams?

I think it's a long-standing bug that manifests when you change a jam's deadline during its run. Please contact support.
