But what if the game is not procedurally generated?

I have two days left of the jam and I don’t know how to program procedural elements. The rules made it clear that the game MUST have procedural generation elements in some form. But what if it doesn’t? Is it still a valid submission?

We are pretty open with the interpretation of what a roguelike is, however we explicitly ask for this in order to keep some coherence on the spirit of the jam.

I believe the question would be, why do you consider your game a roguelike, even if it doesn't have procedural generation? (this is a honest question, not a judgement! :)
