I am now currently in Act 2 of my visual novel and I included a mini-game. Is it allowed or only PURE novel?? I think it's fun to include mini game or quick timed events??

Yes! As a rough rule, you'd want at least 70% of the gameplay time to be visual novel (text, full screen sprites, CGs, etc.), but you are very welcome to include mini-games.
