just got a message that I have an update for Flowscape but it’s not downloading. Been doing it for 45 minutes.

Any help with this would be great. Saying downloading and underneath says running but nothing happening.

Hi, I didn't get an update message, but i saw there was an update so i bought the app again. Only problem is it won't open. i have closed the other one.
