?It seems I can't download any large file. from any user. (over 1gb)

The message cancels the dl halfway through, and says "forbidden". Why did it allow almost half before telling me that?

I've heard it is a problem with developers that use google drive as their access point. Any ideas how to fix?

Tried  3  chrome based browsers as well as Mozilla, no  luck. (incognito or regular)
