I'm trying to download the game Memoirs of Magic (which was just released today), but whenever I try installing it through the itch.io app i get a message saying "no compatible uploads were found for this title." Any suggestions?

And when I try to download it from the website my download says "Failed - Network error." I've downloaded from itch.io before with no trouble. Is it something to do with the developer?

About the first issue, if you mean this game, it only has one download, which is:

1. Not marked for any operating system.
2. In an archive format the app can't unpack.

You should leave the creator a comment pointing out these problems. As for the network error, it might be a temporary issue. Maybe try again?
