Payout reversal by paypal

Hi,

On Dec 23, I contacted itch.io support with ticket id 247522 and I have explain the reason of reversal unfortunately no answer (I know its include holidays). I have gone through many community post and I came to know that moderators can speed things up, So I am requesting you guys (Moderators) can you please speed things up.

Its about to be a month and admins did not paid attention to my issue, can I request to have response from your admins LEAFO (I only get to know LEAFO).
