Support not responding

This one's just reuploading a question from another topic, because I guess that was wrong.

Hi, so my team's account is falsely flagged as spam for some reason. It was falsely flagged as posting unwanted content while we were just uploading our game. We contacted support more than a week ago but we haven't got a response at all. I was gonna complain using the related account but when I post there were always warnings about waiting for moderator approval while no updates came in from support for a few more days. Could you check it out? This game was posted for my university's game jam, so we kinda need it for grades and all else. My team's account is Group 18_G5 Creative. Here's some kind of proof that it couldn't post a question

Thanks in advance!

Please see the rules of this category, where it says

  1. Not to ask this exact question
  2. What you can do to speed things up

Hope this helps.

Right, I get that there are rules to follow. By the rules, I assume you meant these right? So is it okay to ask why hasn't my request or appeal been responded yet? I'm sorry if i sound pushy, but I really need the account to be back to normal again for my game to be graded. Just to reclarify, the account in question couldn't ask it's own question, so I asked in this account.

Rule in mention

My request ID is (246479), and (247720) thanks.

No, it's not okay to ask, see the bolded sentence. But I've let our admins know.

Noted for next time.

Thank you very much, I think my team's game is available now. Truly sorry for giving you a (probably large) inconvenience.

It's just that our admins care about the rules, because there are good reasons for them. I don't know how much work this was for staff.
