The Captcha check built within the login screen is very slow to use.
I'm one of those people that it may take two or three goes to get my login correct. However because of the slow Captcha check, this process for signing in is so far taking me 10 (actually ten) minutes. Last time it was above 15 minutes. I actually hate logging into the app, but once I'm in the app is great.
Specifically the Captcha squares that you click on, where the square fades-out and then fades-in with a replacement image is terribly slow. Websites that use that version of Captcha load extremely quickly and are easy to correctly sign in with.
I would like to see this form of authentication check updated and improved, if nothing else for the sanity of customers whom may take a couple of goes to remember their correct login credentials.
