If the price of a project is increased will users that have already paid for earlier versions of the product (at a lower price) still be able to download the newer, higher-priced versions? I'm guessing/hoping the answer is yes but wanted to check before making any change.

Far as I know they should, unless you also add new files with a price different than the default.
