is it because its android? I searched and tried every recommendation still not indexed,

Your game's been uploaded less than an hour, usually takes a few weeks to get indexed especially since it's the weekend and especially for new first time uploaders, be patient my dude, :3
The only thing you haven't tried is to read the rules of this category. Please do that before posting.
