(Sorry if I write bad in English)

So recently, I encoutered a problem ! I published a little simulation of a 2D Solar Sytem and it was doing his life on the site with no problem, but recently, it's not available anymore nor on the search list or when we type "Elioth" in the search bar. Weirdly, my two other game that I published one or two days before are just fine.

I checked, my game is marked "published" and it is absolutely free. I tried to make an update of the game, pass it on "Restricted" then "Public" again, wrote a devlog and tried summoning old demon to solve my problem but nothing worked...

Please help me, I just want to share my work with people that enjoy it ;_;

My game is still not here... I really don't understand why !

Have you checked if this one is marked? (it makes your game hidden to search and browse)

It's not marked unlisted and it's public

And in case a Moderator or an Admin is passing by, I speak about this game : Solar System

I kinda figured. Sorry for not responding earlier, but I can't figure out what's wrong, unless Satyr is right. Have you checked?

Yes, I checked

Oops, so you said earlier. I missed that somehow. Sorry. No idea what else could cause it. That's just baffling.

So... I just have to delete it, repost it, and pray that it doesn't disapear again ?

I recommend sending an e-mail to support instead of drastic action like that. :)

How can I do that ?

The address is support@itch.io if that's what you're asking.

Thanks ! I will send an E-mail ans make an update on this post if I find a solution

So, I send an e-mail to the tech support and here was their response

"Hello,

Sorry for the issue. It looks like you changed something about the page that put it into our review queue. We've checked over your page and it’s now indexed again on our search pages. Sorry for the trouble, we use this system to help identify suspicious activity but sometimes it can catch legitimate developers as well.

Tell us if you have any questions or issues,

Thanks"

So the problem is fixed thanks to the team ! Big thanks to them and to you !
